Will I be cheated or spammed?

Survey sites will not demand your personal details like your SS number, they ask for your preferences only to determine your personality for taking certain surveys. They will also refrain from endorsing any product or scheme. So if you are using your email to send special offers then the company is definitely a sham.

If you are getting fantastic prizes and offers for just signing up then I would be a bit hesitant to sign up with such people. Read the terms of the site as well as the privacy policy, a legitimate site will not sell your address or send you unsolicited mail.

Truth: My answer would be a flat YES. You will be able to find these sites yourself using a search engine but - do you have the time? Do you even know where to start looking or what to search for. Will I become a millionaire taking these surveys?

Truth: Sorry, but that is highly unlikely. You can treat this as a fun way of earning some extra cash but definitely you won’t be getting pot loads of money. The maximum you can earn from taking surveys is a couple of hundred dollars. You need to sign up with multiple sites to get more surveys but the kind of money you will get is hard to peg.

You can make some good money but you are not going to get rich filling out online surveys.

The invitation will explain the details of the evaluation - the type of product, the estimated time involved, beginning and ending dates, and the payment.

We were to use them as we would any of our other dishes, drinkware, etc. The new design of the product was supposed to eliminate odors that plastics tend to retain when used. They worked great. Even the water bottle that we left tea or juice in all day did not hold any odors.

After the testing period I completed an online questionnaire sent to me on a specific day. They requested that I be honest about any changes I would like to see in the product. The same company also held discussion groups for their product testing, but ours was not one of them. If you are in one of those discussion group’s you are paid an average of $20-$100 for your time similar to a Focus Group. In this case, I was able to keep our product as compensation.”

Registering with the paid survey companies will generate a lot of email. This is to be expected. It is through these emails that you will have opportunities to make money, so view the email flow as a positive not a negative. At some point you should see a “Submit” or similar button to click, indicating the end of the registration. Many of the survey sites will send you an email confirming your registration. They may require that you click a link in the email you receive in order to complete the registration process.
